New life awaits.
It is coming soon.
Fired like a cannon,
out of the glowing womb.
Glowing like the treetops
of jungles long gone.
glowing like the cigar
resting in the barmaiden's mouth,
as she tirelessly serves ale and wine.
It will not be long before it is here.
Then, joy will come.
After many tiring months,
joy will come.
It will be as if
you were swallowed whole
by a fish bigger than the cosmos.
and dwelled in its belly for years,
but finally you were expelled,
into the soothing waters.
You are getting ready
day after day,
feeling like you will burst,
and shake the earth itself.
